This online store is operated by PL A-VENTURE Limited (“PL A-VENTURE”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referred to herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

These Terms apply to products purchased from this online store only. Snow gear rental, travel support, events, lessons and other services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under the age of 18, you must use this website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when creating an account or placing an order is accurate, complete and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, measurements, images, prices and availability shown on this website are accurate and up to date.

However:

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and display settings;
Minor variations may occur between production batches;
Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated; and
Packaging may be updated or replaced without prior notice.

Such minor variations do not normally constitute a defect.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, size guides, lens information and compatibility requirements before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

5. Prices, Currency and Taxes

Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except in the case of an obvious pricing or system error.

Delivery charges, applicable taxes, customs duties and other fees will be displayed during checkout where available. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or local charges imposed by the destination country or region unless otherwise stated.

Currency conversion rates and fees applied by banks, card issuers or payment providers are outside our control.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.

After you place an order, you may receive an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order. A binding sales contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, or when the order is made available for collection.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before acceptance for reasonable grounds, including:

The product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be authorised;
The price or product information contains an obvious error;
Delivery restrictions apply;
The order appears fraudulent or is intended for unauthorised resale; or
The order breaches these Terms or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order without applying the 5% administration and payment processing fee.

7. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate.

Orders may be subject to security checks by us or our payment providers. We may request additional information reasonably required to verify the identity of the purchaser or prevent fraudulent transactions.

We do not store complete credit card details. Payments may be processed by independent third-party payment providers and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered processing, been prepared for collection or been dispatched.

Approved cancellations and refunds are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

For eligible cancellations:

Customers may receive 100% of the eligible refund amount as PL Credit; or
Customers may receive a refund to the original payment method, less a 5% administration and payment processing fee.

The 5% fee will not apply if an order is cancelled by us or where the cancellation results from our error, an incorrect item, a defective item or an item damaged before delivery.

Personalised, customised, final-sale or hygiene-sensitive products may not be changed or cancelled once processing has begun, unless the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times displayed on this website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, severe weather, transport disruption, carrier delays, public holidays or incomplete delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempt or failure to collect a parcel may be charged to the customer.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the stated delivery address or collection by the customer or an authorised representative, subject to applicable law.

10. Showroom Pick-up

Customers selecting showroom pick-up must wait until they receive confirmation that the order is ready.

Orders may only be collected during the confirmed appointment or collection period. We may request the order confirmation and proof of identity before releasing an order.

If another person will collect the order, the customer should inform us in advance. The authorised person may be required to provide the order details and proof of identity.

Orders not collected within the stated collection period may be returned to inventory or cancelled after reasonable notice. Any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

11. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible products must be returned within the specified return period in unused, unworn and resalable condition, with all original packaging, labels, accessories, protective films and complimentary items included.

Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, improper care, missing packaging or missing accessories may be refused or may qualify only for a reduced refund where permitted by law.

For eligible returns or cancellations, customers may choose:

PL Credit: 100% of the eligible refund amount issued as PL Credit; or
Original Payment Method: The eligible refund amount returned to the original payment method, less a 5% administration and payment processing fee.

The 5% fee does not apply where the return or cancellation is caused by:

An incorrect item supplied by us;
A verified manufacturing defect;
Damage occurring before or during delivery; or
Cancellation of the order by us.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are normally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or by an incorrect, defective or damaged product.

Where any provision of this section conflicts with our Returns & Exchanges Policy, the Returns & Exchanges Policy will apply to the extent of the conflict.

12. PL Credit

PL Credit:

Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
Cannot be transferred, resold or assigned to another person unless expressly approved by us;
Can only be used through eligible PL A-VENTURE sales channels;
May be subject to an expiry date stated when it is issued; and
Cannot be used to purchase additional credit or gift cards unless otherwise stated.

Any promotional or bonus credit may be subject to separate conditions.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory refund right that must be provided through another method under applicable law.

13. Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Products

Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or collection.

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please contact us within the period specified in our Returns & Exchanges Policy and provide:

Your order number;
A description of the issue;
Clear photographs or videos of the product, packaging and shipping label; and
Any other information reasonably required to assess the claim.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, unauthorised modification, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, and damage caused by failure to follow care instructions are not manufacturing defects.

Warranty claims are separately governed by our Warranty Policy.

14. Promotions, Discount Codes and Gifts

Promotions, discount codes and gifts are subject to availability and any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

Only one discount code may be used per order;
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively;
Promotions cannot be combined; and
Complimentary gifts must be returned with the related product if the order no longer meets the promotional requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a promotion that has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or contrary to its stated conditions.

15. Personal Use and Resale

Products sold through this website are intended primarily for personal use unless a wholesale or authorised dealer arrangement has been agreed with us in writing.

You must not purchase products for unauthorised commercial resale, misrepresent yourself as an authorised dealer, or use our trademarks or product materials in a way that suggests an unauthorised relationship with PL A-VENTURE.

We may reject or limit orders that reasonably appear to be intended for unauthorised resale.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website—including trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, videos, text, graphics, product designs and website materials—is owned by or licensed to PL A-VENTURE Limited.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit any website content without our prior written permission.

PL A-VENTURE and associated logos and product names are trademarks or intellectual property owned by or licensed to PL A-VENTURE Limited.

17. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us or through this website, you confirm that:

You own or have permission to use the content;
The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience;
The content does not infringe another person’s rights;
The content is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive or obscene; and
The content does not contain malicious software or unauthorised advertising.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use the submitted content for operating and promoting PL A-VENTURE, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may remove content that breaches these Terms but are not required to monitor all submitted content.

To submit false, misleading or malicious information;
To interfere with the website’s security or operation;
To introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

20. Website Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

21. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PL A-VENTURE Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchase of a product, including loss of profit, opportunity or data.

Our total liability relating to a product order will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product, except where a different limit or remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate to their needs, ability and intended activity. Snow sports involve inherent risks, and the use of protective equipment cannot eliminate all risk of injury.

22. Privacy

Our collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using this website or placing an order, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as reasonably necessary to manage payment, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this website.

The revised Terms will apply from the date stated at the top of the page. Changes will not normally affect orders accepted before the revised Terms take effect, unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.

24. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be applied or modified only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

25. Entire Agreement and Policy Priority

These Terms, together with the applicable product information and store policies, form the agreement between you and PL A-VENTURE Limited concerning your use of this online store and your product purchases.

Specific store policies—including the Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Warranty Policy and Privacy Policy—apply to their respective subject matters.

If a specific policy conflicts with these general Terms, the specific policy will apply to that subject matter, except where these Terms expressly state otherwise.

26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under the laws applicable to them.

付款未能獲得授權；

7. 付款

9. 配送及送貨

網站顯示的配送時間只屬預計，並非保證送達日期。

如延誤由我們合理控制範圍以外的情況造成，包括清關、惡劣天氣、交通中斷、物流延誤、公眾假期或收件資料不完整，我們不會就該延誤承擔責任。

顧客有責任提供完整及準確的送貨地址。因地址錯誤或不完整、派送不成功或未有領取包裹而產生的額外費用，可能由顧客承擔。

在適用法律規限下，產品送達指定地址，或由顧客或其授權人士領取後，產品遺失或損壞的風險即轉移予顧客。

10. 陳列室取貨

選擇陳列室取貨的顧客，必須等待我們通知訂單已準備完成後方可取貨。

訂單只可於已確認的預約或取貨時段領取。我們交付訂單前，可能要求顧客出示訂單確認及身份證明。

如由其他人士代為取貨，顧客應事先通知我們。獲授權取貨人士可能需要提供訂單資料及身份證明。

如顧客未有在指定期限內取貨，我們可在作出合理通知後將產品重新列入庫存或取消訂單。退款將按《退換貨政策》處理。

11. 退貨、換貨及退款

所有退貨、換貨及退款均受《退換貨政策》約束。

除非另有說明，符合資格的產品必須在指定期限內退回，並保持未使用、未穿戴及可再次出售的狀態。所有原裝包裝、標籤、配件、保護膜及贈品均須完整退回。

如產品有使用、磨損、損壞、改裝、保養不當、欠缺包裝或配件的情況，我們可能拒絕退貨，或在法律允許下只提供扣減後的退款。

合資格退貨或取消訂單可選擇：

PL Credit： 將合資格退款金額100%退回為 PL Credit；或
原付款方式： 退回合資格退款金額，但扣除5%行政及付款處理費。

如退貨或取消原因屬以下情況，則不會扣除5%費用：

我們寄錯產品；
經確認屬生產瑕疵；
產品在送達前或運送途中損壞；或
訂單由我們取消。

除非退貨是因我們出錯、產品寄錯、產品有瑕疵或產品損壞所致，原有運費及退貨運費一般不予退還。

如本節與《退換貨政策》有任何衝突，相關事項以《退換貨政策》為準。

12. PL Credit

PL Credit：

不具有現金價值，亦不可兌換成現金；
除非獲我們明確批准，否則不可轉讓、轉售或分配予其他人士；
只可透過符合資格的 PL A-VENTURE 銷售渠道使用；
可能設有發出時列明的有效期；及
除非另有說明，不可用於購買額外購物金或禮品卡。

推廣或額外贈送的購物金可能受其他條款約束。

如適用法律規定退款必須透過其他方式發放，本節不會限制顧客的法定退款權利。

13. 瑕疵、錯誤或損壞產品

顧客應在收到或領取產品後，於合理可行情況下盡快檢查產品。

如收到錯誤、瑕疵或損壞的產品，請在《退換貨政策》指定期限內聯絡我們，並提供：

訂單編號；
問題說明；
清晰顯示產品、包裝及運送標籤的相片或影片；及
我們為評估申請而合理要求的其他資料。

正常損耗、意外損壞、使用不當、存放不當、未經授權改裝、不影響功能的外觀損傷，以及因未有遵從保養指引而造成的損壞，均不屬生產瑕疵。

產品保養申請另受《產品保養政策》約束。

14. 優惠、折扣碼及贈品

所有優惠、折扣碼及贈品均視乎供應情況，並受優惠推出時所列明的特定條款約束。

除非另有說明：

每張訂單只可使用一個折扣碼；
折扣碼不可兌換現金；
折扣碼不可追溯套用於已提交的訂單；
不同優惠不可同時使用；及
如退貨後訂單不再符合優惠資格，相關贈品必須一併退回。

如優惠涉及欺詐、違法使用或違反優惠條件，我們可取消或拒絕有關優惠。

15. 個人用途及轉售

除非已與我們訂立書面批發或授權經銷安排，透過本網站銷售的產品主要供個人使用。

顧客不得購買產品作未經授權的商業轉售、冒充認可經銷商，或以令人誤以為與 PL A-VENTURE 存在授權關係的方式使用我們的商標或產品資料。

如我們合理相信訂單用作未經授權轉售，我們可拒絕或限制有關訂單。

16. 知識產權

除非另有說明，本網站的所有內容，包括商標、標誌、產品名稱、相片、影片、文字、圖像、產品設計及網站素材，均由 PL A-VENTURE Limited 擁有或獲授權使用。

23. 條款修改

25. 完整協議及政策優先次序

本條款、適用的產品資料及網店政策，共同構成你與 PL A-VENTURE Limited 就使用本網上商店及購買產品所訂立的協議。

《送貨政策》、《退換貨政策》、《產品保養政策》及《私隱政策》等特定政策，分別適用於其涵蓋的事項。

如特定政策與本一般條款存在衝突，除本條款另有明確規定外，相關事項以特定政策為準。

26. 適用法律及司法管轄權

本條款及由此產生的任何爭議或申索，均受香港特別行政區法律管轄。

香港特別行政區法院對相關爭議具有非專屬司法管轄權，但不限制顧客根據其適用法律享有的任何強制性權利或補救。
