1. About PL Credit

These terms govern the purchase, issue, holding and use of PL Credit provided by PL A-VENTURE.

PL Credit is closed-loop account credit that may only be used toward designated PL A-VENTURE products and services through participating PL A-VENTURE sales channels. It is not cash, a bank deposit, a payment account or a general-purpose payment card.

Unless otherwise stated, PL$1 is equal to HKD 1 in purchasing value when applied to an eligible transaction denominated in Hong Kong dollars.

Different types of PL Credit may have different validity periods, eligible uses and campaign conditions. Any specific terms stated when Credit is purchased or issued form part of these terms.

By purchasing, receiving or using PL Credit, the customer agrees to these terms and any applicable product, campaign, booking or service-specific terms.

2. Types of PL Credit

PL A-VENTURE may provide the following types of Credit:

2.1 Paid PL Credit

Paid PL Credit is the principal Credit purchased and paid for by the customer through an authorised PL A-VENTURE sales channel.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, Paid PL Credit principal does not expire.

2.2 Bonus or Promotional Credit

Bonus Credit or Promotional Credit may be issued in connection with:

  • a PL Credit top-up offer;

  • the PL Goggle Trade-in Programme;

  • promotional campaigns;

  • membership rewards;

  • customer service or goodwill arrangements; or

  • other programmes announced by PL A-VENTURE.

Unless a different period is expressly stated, Bonus Credit and Promotional Credit are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

2.3 Refund or Cancellation Credit

Where permitted by the applicable cancellation or refund policy, PL A-VENTURE may return an eligible amount to the customer as PL Credit.

The validity and conditions of Refund or Cancellation Credit will be stated when it is issued. Unless otherwise stated, Credit restored from an order will retain the original Credit type and original expiry date.

The issue of Credit in one situation does not create an entitlement to receive Credit in another situation.

3. PL Member Account

PL Credit is normally linked to the customer’s registered PL Member account and email address.

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing complete and accurate account information;

  • keeping login information secure;

  • ensuring that Credit is added to the correct account;

  • checking the Credit amount and expiry information; and

  • notifying PL A-VENTURE promptly of any suspected unauthorised use or error.

PL A-VENTURE may require reasonable identity, order, payment or account verification before purchasing, issuing, restoring, combining or allowing the use of Credit.

Each customer should maintain only one personal PL Member account. Multiple accounts must not be created or used to avoid campaign limits, expiry dates or other restrictions.

4. Value and Currency

Unless otherwise stated:

  • PL$1 is equal to HKD 1 in purchasing value;

  • PL Credit has no cash redemption value;

  • PL Credit does not earn interest;

  • PL Credit cannot be used outside participating PL A-VENTURE sales channels; and

  • PL Credit cannot be used to purchase or add more PL Credit.

Where an eligible product or service is displayed in a currency other than Hong Kong dollars, PL A-VENTURE may:

  • provide a designated Credit-eligible voucher or product priced in Hong Kong dollars;

  • convert the Credit value using the exchange rate or system rate displayed or applied at checkout; or

  • exclude the transaction from Credit use where the relevant system does not support the currency.

Currency conversion, payment processing and rounding differences may apply. The final Credit amount displayed and accepted at checkout will apply to the transaction.

5. Purchasing and Adding Paid PL Credit

Available top-up denominations, payment methods and any accompanying Bonus Credit will be displayed on the relevant PL Credit page or product page.

Once payment has been completed and Paid PL Credit has been added to the registered PL Member account, the purchase is generally final and cannot be:

  • cancelled;

  • transferred to another person or account;

  • exchanged for cash; or

  • refunded to the original payment method.

Exceptions may apply where required by law or where PL A-VENTURE confirms that there has been:

  • a duplicate payment;

  • an incorrect charge;

  • a technical or processing error;

  • an unauthorised transaction; or

  • another circumstance in which a refund is legally required.

Where a top-up includes additional Bonus Credit, cancelling or refunding the Paid PL Credit purchase may result in the associated Bonus Credit being cancelled or deducted.

6. Where PL Credit May Be Used

Subject to availability and any product-specific conditions, PL Credit may be used for designated PL A-VENTURE products and services, including:

  • PL Goggles & Gear through the PL Online Shop;

  • designated Guangzhou Indoor Lesson products;

  • designated Niseko Door-to-Door Rental Vouchers; and

  • designated Niseko Gear Storage services.

PL Credit may only be used through a sales channel that displays or confirms PL Credit as an available payment option.

Unless expressly permitted, PL Credit cannot be used for:

  • dealer, reseller, agent or wholesale orders;

  • third-party products or services;

  • deposits, security deposits or payment pre-authorisations;

  • separately charged taxes, customs duties, clearance charges or third-party fees;

  • unauthorised offline transactions;

  • purchasing or adding more PL Credit;

  • excluded campaigns, products or services; or

  • any transaction prohibited by law.

PL Credit is generally treated as a payment method and may normally be used on discounted products unless the relevant product, promotion or campaign expressly states otherwise.

PL A-VENTURE may specify additional eligible or excluded products when particular Credit is issued.

7. Rental Vouchers and Service Products

The purchase of a Niseko Door-to-Door Rental Voucher does not by itself reserve or confirm:

  • rental equipment;

  • rental dates;

  • sizes;

  • delivery times;

  • fitting appointments; or

  • service availability.

The customer must complete the required booking process and receive separate booking confirmation from PL A-VENTURE.

All rentals, lessons, storage and other services remain subject to availability and their respective booking, cancellation and service terms.

8. Using PL Credit

The customer must sign in to the relevant PL Member account, or provide the registered account information where permitted, when using PL Credit.

Where supported by the checkout system:

  • available PL Credit will be applied automatically;

  • the system may apply the maximum Credit amount available for that eligible order;

  • customers may not be able to select a smaller Credit amount manually;

  • any remaining order balance may be paid using an accepted payment method; and

  • the available Credit balance will be reduced once the order is completed.

PL Credit cannot normally be applied after an order has already been completed unless PL A-VENTURE expressly agrees to make a manual adjustment.

Credit from different member accounts cannot normally be combined. Certain discount codes, rewards or promotional offers may be subject to separate combination restrictions.

9. Credit Deduction Order

Where a member account contains more than one Credit balance, the system will normally prioritise Credit with the earliest expiry date.

This generally means Bonus Credit or Promotional Credit approaching expiry will be used before Paid PL Credit that does not expire.

The actual deduction order may be determined by the checkout or member account system. The Credit amount and balance shown after checkout will be regarded as the applicable transaction record, subject to correction of any obvious technical or processing error.

10. Validity and Expiry

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Paid PL Credit principal does not expire; and

  • Bonus Credit and Promotional Credit are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

The expiry date shown in the PL Member account or issue notice will apply.

Credit must be used to complete an eligible order before its expiry date. Adding an item to a cart, requesting a quotation, purchasing a Rental Voucher without completing a required booking, or beginning a booking does not extend or preserve the Credit.

Expired Bonus or Promotional Credit:

  • will become unavailable or be removed from the account;

  • cannot be used or redeemed;

  • cannot be converted into cash; and

  • will not normally be reissued or extended.

PL A-VENTURE may extend Credit in exceptional circumstances at its discretion or where required by applicable law.

11. Order Cancellations and Refunds

Products or services purchased using PL Credit remain subject to the applicable Returns & Exchanges Policy, cancellation policy, booking terms and service terms.

If an eligible order paid wholly or partly using PL Credit is cancelled or refunded:

  • the portion paid using PL Credit will normally be returned as PL Credit;

  • the portion paid using another payment method will be handled under the applicable refund policy;

  • Credit will not be refunded as cash merely because it was used as part of the transaction; and

  • non-refundable charges, cancellation fees and used service value may be deducted first.

Unless otherwise stated, restored Credit will retain its original Credit type and original expiry date.

If the original Bonus or Promotional Credit has already expired when a refund is processed, PL A-VENTURE may allow it to remain expired or provide a reasonable short re-use period, depending on the reason for the refund and applicable law.

Bonus Credit earned from a qualifying purchase may be cancelled or deducted if that purchase is later cancelled, refunded, charged back or declared invalid.

12. Promotional and Trade-in Credit

Promotional or trade-in Credit may be subject to additional conditions, including:

  • PL Member registration;

  • a qualifying purchase;

  • campaign dates;

  • limited quotas;

  • one redemption per customer or account;

  • minimum spending requirements;

  • designated eligible products; or

  • a restriction preventing use on the same transaction that generated the Credit.

For the PL Goggle Trade-in Programme at SportFest Hong Kong 2026, PL$200 Bonus Credit cannot be applied to the same SportFest purchase used to qualify for the trade-in.

If there is any conflict between these general terms and valid campaign-specific terms, the campaign-specific terms will apply to the relevant Credit.

13. Transfers, Sales and Cash Redemption

Unless PL A-VENTURE expressly confirms otherwise in writing, PL Credit:

  • is personal to the registered member;

  • is non-transferable;

  • cannot be sold, assigned, gifted or exchanged;

  • cannot be transferred to another member account;

  • cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash; and

  • cannot be used as security or payment to another person.

PL A-VENTURE may refuse to recognise any unauthorised sale, transfer or attempted transfer of Credit.

If duplicate accounts genuinely belong to the same customer, PL A-VENTURE may consider combining the accounts after verification, but is not obliged to combine promotional balances or extend their validity.

14. Account Closure

A customer may contact PL A-VENTURE to request closure of a PL Member account.

Before closing an account, the customer should use any valid PL Credit. Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

  • unused Bonus, Promotional or complimentary Credit will be cancelled when the account is closed;

  • unused Credit will not be paid out in cash; and

  • Credit cannot be transferred to another customer.

PL A-VENTURE may suspend or close an account in cases involving fraud, abuse, security risk or serious breach of these terms. The treatment of any Paid PL Credit or Refund Credit will remain subject to applicable law.

15. Errors, Fraud and Account Adjustments

PL A-VENTURE may correct, suspend or cancel a Credit balance where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • a technical or processing error;

  • duplicate Credit;

  • an incorrect amount;

  • an invalid, cancelled or refunded qualifying transaction;

  • a chargeback or reversed payment;

  • unauthorised account activity;

  • false or misleading information;

  • use of multiple accounts to avoid restrictions;

  • unauthorised sale or transfer of Credit; or

  • misuse of a campaign or member account.

Where reasonably possible, PL A-VENTURE will notify the customer of a material adjustment.

If incorrectly issued Credit has already been used, PL A-VENTURE may, where permitted by law, deduct the relevant amount from:

  • the remaining Credit balance;

  • a related refund;

  • subsequently issued Credit; or

  • another amount payable to the customer.

This does not limit any other rights or remedies available to PL A-VENTURE.

16. System Availability

The purchase and use of PL Credit are subject to the availability of the relevant website, member account, booking system and checkout function.

If a temporary technical issue prevents the use of valid Credit, the customer should contact PL A-VENTURE before completing the transaction where reasonably possible.

PL A-VENTURE may verify the balance and offer a reasonable alternative arrangement. However, PL A-VENTURE is not responsible for losses arising from a customer completing a purchase without applying available Credit, unless the failure was directly caused by PL A-VENTURE and applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

PL A-VENTURE may update these terms where reasonably necessary to reflect:

  • new products, services or sales channels;

  • changes to the PL Member programme;

  • system, payment or operational changes;

  • fraud prevention or security requirements; or

  • legal or regulatory requirements.

Material changes will not normally:

  • reduce the face value of valid Credit already issued;

  • convert Paid PL Credit into expiring Credit; or

  • shorten an already stated validity period,

except where required by law or reasonably necessary to correct fraud, misuse or an obvious error.

The version in effect when Credit is used will apply together with any specific terms provided when that Credit was purchased or issued.

2. PL Credit 類型

PL A-VENTURE 可提供以下類型的 Credit：

2.1 付款充值 PL Credit

付款充值 PL Credit 是指顧客透過 PL A-VENTURE 認可銷售渠道付款購買的 Credit 本金。

除非另有列明或適用法律另有要求，付款充值所得的 PL Credit 本金不設有效期。

2.2 Bonus Credit 或 Promotional Credit

Bonus Credit 或 Promotional Credit 可因應以下情況發出：

  • PL Credit 充值優惠；

  • PL 雪鏡回收計劃；

  • 推廣活動；

  • 會員獎賞；

  • 客戶服務或特別客戶安排；或

  • PL A-VENTURE 公布的其他計劃。

除非另有明確列明，Bonus Credit 及 Promotional Credit 自發出日起 12個月內有效。

2.3 退款或取消 Credit

在適用的取消或退款政策允許下，PL A-VENTURE 可將合資格金額退回為 PL Credit。

退款或取消 Credit 的有效期及適用條件，會在發出時列明。除非另有列明，因訂單退款而恢復的 Credit，將保留原有 Credit 類型及原有到期日。

顧客在某一情況下獲發 Credit，並不代表在其他情況下亦必然有權獲發 Credit。

3. PL Member 帳戶

PL Credit 一般會存入顧客登記的 PL Member 帳戶及電郵地址。

顧客有責任：

  • 提供完整及準確的帳戶資料；

  • 妥善保管登入資料；

  • 確認 Credit 已存入正確帳戶；

  • 檢查 Credit 金額及有效期資料；及

  • 如懷疑帳戶被未經授權使用或出現錯誤，盡快通知 PL A-VENTURE。

在購買、發出、恢復、合併或容許使用 Credit 前，PL A-VENTURE 可要求顧客提供合理的身份、訂單、付款或帳戶證明。

每位顧客只應持有一個個人 PL Member 帳戶。顧客不得建立或使用多個帳戶，以避開活動名額、有效期或其他限制。

4. 價值及貨幣

除非另有列明：

  • PL$1 相等於 HKD 1 的消費價值；

  • PL Credit 不設現金兌換價值；

  • PL Credit 不會產生利息；

  • PL Credit 不可在參與計劃的 PL A-VENTURE 銷售渠道以外使用；及

  • PL Credit 不可用作購買或增值更多 PL Credit。

如合資格產品或服務以港幣以外的貨幣顯示，PL A-VENTURE 可：

  • 提供以港幣定價的指定 Credit 適用產品或兌換券；

  • 按結帳時顯示或套用的匯率或系統匯率換算 Credit 價值；或

  • 如相關系統不支援該貨幣，將交易列為不可使用 Credit。

貨幣換算、付款處理及小數調整可能造成差異。最終以結帳時顯示並獲接受的 Credit 金額為準。

5. 購買及充值 PL Credit

可供選擇的充值金額、付款方式及附送的 Bonus Credit，會顯示於相關 PL Credit 頁面或產品頁面。

付款完成並將付款充值 PL Credit 存入已登記的 PL Member 帳戶後，相關交易一般視為最終交易，不可：

  • 取消；

  • 轉移至其他人士或帳戶；

  • 兌換現金；或

  • 退回原有付款方式。

如適用法律要求，或 PL A-VENTURE 確認出現以下情況，則可能作例外處理：

  • 重複付款；

  • 錯誤扣款；

  • 技術或處理錯誤；

  • 未經授權的交易；或

  • 其他法律規定必須退款的情況。

如充值優惠包括額外 Bonus Credit，取消或退款付款充值 PL Credit，可能導致相關 Bonus Credit 被取消或扣除。

6. PL Credit 使用範圍

視乎供應情況及個別產品條款，PL Credit 可用於指定 PL A-VENTURE 產品及服務，包括：

  • 透過 PL Online Shop 購買 PL Goggles & Gear；

  • 指定廣州室內滑雪課程產品；

  • 指定 Niseko Door-to-Door Rental Voucher；及

  • 指定 Niseko Gear Storage 雪具寄存服務。

PL Credit 只可透過顯示或確認接受 PL Credit 的銷售渠道使用。

除非獲明確允許，PL Credit 不可用於：

  • 經銷商、轉售商、代理或批發訂單；

  • 第三方產品或服務；

  • 訂金、保證金或付款預授權；

  • 另外收取的稅項、關稅、清關費或第三方費用；

  • 未獲批准的線下交易；

  • 購買或增值更多 PL Credit；

  • 被排除的活動、產品或服務；或

  • 任何法律禁止的交易。

PL Credit 一般視為付款方式，通常可用於優惠商品；如個別產品、推廣或活動明確列明不可使用，則以相關條款為準。

PL A-VENTURE 可在發出個別 Credit 時，另外列明適用或不適用的產品。

7. Rental Voucher 及服務產品

購買 Niseko Door-to-Door Rental Voucher 本身並不代表已預留或確認：

  • 租借裝備；

  • 租借日期；

  • 尺寸；

  • 配送時間；

  • 試穿時段；或

  • 服務名額。

顧客仍須完成指定預約程序，並取得 PL A-VENTURE 另行發出的預約確認。

所有租借、課程、寄存及其他服務均受供應情況，以及各自的預約、取消及服務條款約束。

8. 使用 PL Credit

使用 PL Credit 時，顧客須登入相關 PL Member 帳戶；如相關渠道允許，則須提供已登記的帳戶資料。

如結帳系統支援：

  • 可使用的 PL Credit 將自動套用；

  • 系統可自動套用該合資格訂單可使用的最高 Credit 金額；

  • 顧客可能無法自行選擇使用較少的 Credit 金額；

  • 訂單餘額可使用接受的付款方式支付；及

  • 訂單完成後，可用 Credit 餘額會相應扣減。

除非 PL A-VENTURE 明確同意作人手調整，PL Credit 一般不可在訂單完成後補加使用。

不同會員帳戶的 PL Credit 一般不可合併使用。部分折扣碼、獎賞或推廣優惠亦可能受個別合併使用限制。

9. Credit 扣除次序

如會員帳戶內同時存有多筆 Credit，系統一般會優先使用最早到期的 Credit。

換言之，即將到期的 Bonus Credit 或 Promotional Credit，一般會先於不設有效期的付款充值 PL Credit 本金使用。

實際扣除次序可能由結帳或會員帳戶系統決定。除非出現明顯技術或處理錯誤，結帳後顯示的 Credit 使用金額及餘額將視為適用的交易紀錄。

10. 有效期及到期安排

除非另有列明：

  • 付款充值 PL Credit 本金不設有效期；及

  • Bonus Credit 及 Promotional Credit 自發出日起 12個月內有效。

實際到期日以 PL Member 帳戶或發出通知內顯示的日期為準。

顧客必須在到期日前使用 Credit 完成合資格訂單。只將產品加入購物車、索取報價、購買 Rental Voucher 但未完成所需預約，或只開始預約程序，均不會延長或保留 Credit 的有效期。

Bonus Credit 或 Promotional Credit 到期後：

  • 將無法使用或從帳戶移除；

  • 不可再使用或兌換；

  • 不可轉換成現金；及

  • 一般不會重新發出或延長。

PL A-VENTURE 可因應特殊情況酌情延長有效期，或按適用法律要求作出處理。

11. 訂單取消及退款

使用 PL Credit 購買的產品或服務，仍受適用的《退換貨政策》、取消政策、預約條款及服務條款約束。

如全部或部分以 PL Credit 支付的合資格訂單被取消或退款：

  • 以 PL Credit 支付的部分一般會退回為 PL Credit；

  • 以其他付款方式支付的部分會按適用退款政策處理；

  • PL Credit 不會因曾用於交易而改為現金退款；及

  • 不可退款費用、取消費及已使用的服務價值可先行扣除。

除非另有列明，退回的 Credit 將保留原有 Credit 類型及原有到期日。

如退款處理時，原有 Bonus Credit 或 Promotional Credit 已經到期，PL A-VENTURE 可視乎退款原因及適用法律，讓 Credit 維持失效，或提供一段合理的短期重新使用期限。

如 Bonus Credit 是因指定購買而獲得，而該購買其後被取消、退款、信用卡拒付或確認無效，相關 Bonus Credit 可能會被取消或扣除。

12. 推廣及回收計劃 Credit

推廣或回收計劃 Credit 可能受額外條件約束，包括：

  • 登記成為 PL Member；

  • 指定合資格購買；

  • 活動日期；

  • 有限名額；

  • 每位顧客或每個帳戶只可換領一次；

  • 最低消費要求；

  • 指定適用產品；或

  • 不可用於產生該 Credit 的同一交易。

就 SportFest Hong Kong 2026 舉行的 PL 雪鏡回收計劃而言，PL$200 Bonus Credit 不可用於產生回收資格的同一張 SportFest 訂單。

如本一般條款與有效的個別活動條款存在衝突，該筆 Credit 將以個別活動條款為準。

13. 轉讓、出售及兌換現金

除非 PL A-VENTURE 另行書面確認，PL Credit：

  • 只供已登記會員本人使用；

  • 不可轉讓；

  • 不可出售、轉派、贈送或交換；

  • 不可轉移至其他會員帳戶；

  • 不可提取或兌換現金；及

  • 不可用作向其他人士提供抵押或付款。

PL A-VENTURE 可拒絕承認任何未經授權的 Credit 出售、轉讓或轉讓嘗試。

如重複帳戶確實屬同一顧客，PL A-VENTURE 可在完成驗證後考慮合併帳戶，但沒有義務合併推廣 Credit 餘額或延長其有效期。

14. 關閉帳戶

顧客可聯絡 PL A-VENTURE，要求關閉 PL Member 帳戶。

顧客應在關閉帳戶前使用任何仍然有效的 PL Credit。除非適用法律另有要求：

  • 未使用的 Bonus、Promotional 或免費 Credit 會在帳戶關閉時被取消；

  • 未使用 Credit 不會以現金支付；及

  • Credit 不可轉移至其他顧客。

如涉及欺詐、濫用、安全風險或嚴重違反本條款，PL A-VENTURE 可暫停或關閉帳戶。任何付款充值 PL Credit 或退款 Credit 的處理，仍受適用法律約束。

15. 錯誤、欺詐及帳戶調整

如有合理證據顯示出現以下情況，PL A-VENTURE 可更正、暫停或取消 Credit 餘額：

  • 技術或處理錯誤；

  • 重複發出 Credit；

  • 金額不正確；

  • 相關合資格交易無效、被取消或退款；

  • 信用卡拒付或付款被撤銷；

  • 未經授權的帳戶活動；

  • 提供虛假或誤導性資料；

  • 使用多個帳戶避開限制；

  • 未經授權出售或轉讓 Credit；或

  • 濫用活動或會員帳戶。

在合理可行情況下，如帳戶出現重大調整，PL A-VENTURE 會通知顧客。

如錯誤發出的 Credit 已經被使用，在法律允許的情況下，PL A-VENTURE 可從以下項目扣除相關金額：

  • 餘下 Credit 餘額；

  • 相關退款；

  • 其後發出的 Credit；或

  • 其他應付顧客的款項。

此安排不限制 PL A-VENTURE 可享有的任何其他權利或補救。

16. 系統及服務供應

PL Credit 的購買及使用受相關網站、會員帳戶、預約系統及結帳功能的服務供應情況約束。

如因暫時技術問題而無法使用仍然有效的 Credit，顧客應在合理可行情況下，於完成交易前聯絡 PL A-VENTURE。

PL A-VENTURE 可核實 Credit 餘額並提供合理替代安排。不過，如顧客在沒有使用可用 Credit 的情況下自行完成購買，除非問題由 PL A-VENTURE 直接造成及適用的強制性法律另有要求，否則 PL A-VENTURE 不會就此承擔損失。

17. 條款更改

PL A-VENTURE 可因合理需要更新本條款，以反映：

  • 新產品、服務或銷售渠道；

  • PL Member 計劃改動；

  • 系統、付款或營運安排改動；

  • 防止欺詐或保障帳戶安全的需要；或

  • 法律或監管要求。

除法律要求，或為糾正欺詐、濫用或明顯錯誤外，重大更改一般不會：

  • 降低已有效發出 Credit 的面值；

  • 將原本不設有效期的付款充值 PL Credit 改為設有有效期；或

  • 縮短已列明的有效期。

顧客使用 Credit 時生效的條款，連同購買或發出該筆 Credit 時提供的任何個別條款，將適用於相關交易。

  • 顧客全名；

  • 已登記的 PL Member 電郵地址；

  • 相關訂單或收據編號；及
